Sundays Are For Sebastian #169

Sebastian is my eight-year old and he says some of the funniest things–we have no idea where he gets his material since his mother and I are rather boring, serious people.

Sebastian had a few pages of homework the other night, one of which was about Martin Luther King, Jr. After reading about Dr. King, he had a worksheet to complete. One of the tasks: “Martin Luther King Jr.’s dream lives on today. What is your dream?”

Sebastian: “I don’t know–I can’t choose my dreams!”

My wife: “No, it means what do you hope for, what do you want to have happen?”

After a long pause….

Seba: “I don’t know, that the Eagles would finally win the Super Bowl?”

About the drunken cyclist

I have been an occasional cycling tour guide in Europe for the past 20 years, visiting most of the wine regions of France. Through this "job" I developed a love for wine and the stories that often accompany the pulling of a cork. I live in Houston with my lovely wife and two wonderful sons.

If our Cubs can win the WS, any team in sports can make it to the top. Any team.
