I am once again on the road this week, this time flying back from Italy after a week in Sicily, the Veneto, and Puglia. As I usually do when I am on the road, I revisit a previous version of Sundays Are For Sebastian. Recently, I have been reviewing some of the earliest posts (which were started over five [!] years ago) as I consider them some of the funniest. They might all be revisited soon as Sebastian, who is quickly approaching his teenage years, is producing fewer quips these days.
Today’s comes from February, 2013, when Sebastian was four years old….
A few weeks ago, I started a new weekly theme: Sundays are for Sebastian. Sebastian is my four-year old and he says some of the funniest things–we have no idea where he gets his material since his mother and I are rather boring, serious people. Nonetheless, here is another gem:
Me: “Sebastian! Did you just spit on your brother?!?”
Sebastian: “Yes, but it was an accident!”
[Pause]
“…and he was being mean to me.”
