Sebastian is my six-year old and he says some of the funniest things–we have no idea where he gets his material since his mother and I are rather boring, serious people.
Sebastian: “Do you want the good news or the bad news?”
My Wife: “The good news.”
Sebastian: “I found my slipper!”
My wife: “The bad news?”
Sebastian: “Now I can’t find the other one.”

glad it’s not just me who loses half of anything which which comes in pairs – sebastian sounds like my err solemate in that department

He does not limit himself to losing half of a pair, though–he has lost three jackets already this school years.

I’m thinking it might soon be time for a parallel feature. Sebastian writes, Sundays are for Dad. I’m sensing opportunity, in many ways.

I am sure that is in my future….

He is lucky to be a boy – I’ve been losing one earring for decades, and that is very frustrating- plus, earrings are harder to find than slippers! See, Sebastian? It could be much, much worse! 😉
