Sundays Are For Sebastian #362

After a full three weeks in Europe, I returned home to Houston on Friday, just in time for Sebastian’s fifteenth birthday this weekend.

Sebastian is our fifteen-year-old son and he says some of the funniest things–we have no idea where he gets his material since his mother and I are rather boring, serious people.

While in Europe, after a few days in France, we travelled to Lausanne, on the shores of Lake Geneva in Switzerland and I overheard this between the boys.

Sebastian: “Do you know why so many people are visiting Switzerland?”

Nathan: “No, why?”

Sebastian: “They all say the flag is a real plus.”

About the drunken cyclist

I have been an occasional cycling tour guide in Europe for the past 20 years, visiting most of the wine regions of France. Through this "job" I developed a love for wine and the stories that often accompany the pulling of a cork. I live in Houston with my lovely wife and two wonderful sons.
