While sitting around to see if the power goes out, I thought I would provide a bit of a different Sundays Are For Sebastian today and offer an update to his basketball season.

Sebastian is already the school’s all-time leading scorer and should become its first player to reach the 1,000 point total for his career sometime this week. He is already the school’s all-time leader in every meaningful category: games played, games started, games won, points, rebounds, assists, steals, and blocks. And this past week, he posted perhaps the best two games of his career. It started with a triple-double, which included his career highs in points (35) and rebounds (14) along with 10 assists. He went a step further in a subsequent game, posting the school’s first-ever quadruple double: 24 points, 11 rebounds, 11 assists, and 11 steals (the last two, both career highs).

Needless to say, I am extremely proud of him.
