Sundays Are For Sebastian #115

Sebastian is my six-year old and he says some of the funniest things–we have no idea where he gets his material since his mother and I are rather boring, serious people.

We have some friends with a son that is about a year younger than Sebastian. Since Seba is certainly our last child, we have been giving away his clothes as soon as he outgrows them. Most of the time, my wife has to gather up his miniature duds when he is not around as he is rather fond of his digs–even if they are a couple of sizes too small.

On this particular instance, he caught my wife in the act. Busted, she allowed him to sort through the box to see if he wanted to keep any of the items.

After a moment or two, he bounded out of the room, not saying a word.

My wife called after him: “So it is OK if I give these away?”

Seba: “Sure!”

[Pause.]

“They are all nice clothes.”

Just this past weekend, Sebastian was the ring bearer at his cousin's wedding.

About the drunken cyclist

I have been an occasional cycling tour guide in Europe for the past 20 years, visiting most of the wine regions of France. Through this "job" I developed a love for wine and the stories that often accompany the pulling of a cork. I live in Houston with my lovely wife and two wonderful sons.

That photo of him with the ring is THE MOST adorable shot ever! Look at that smile, and the gorgeous tie!

the boy has style to spare, I am not surprised they were all nice clothes in the box 😉
