Well, I had my doubts this month as the deadline approached as it seemed that there would be close to the record low ow submissions this month. Thanks to a flurry of last minute submissions (and some after the last minute, cough, Loie, cough JVB, cough), as of now, there is the second highest number of posts in the history of the Challenge (this month is 18, a few short of the record 25)! There were also a number of first-time contributors, which is always nice to see!

Here are this month’s entries:

The Armchair Sommelier: Orange Wines: Sometimes, the Best New Things are Old*

Cheap Wine Curious: What’s New?

About the drunken cyclist

I have been an occasional cycling tour guide in Europe for the past 20 years, visiting most of the wine regions of France. Through this "job" I developed a love for wine and the stories that often accompany the pulling of a cork. I live in Philadelphia with my lovely wife and two wonderful sons.
