Sundays Are For Sebastian #217

Sebastian is my nine-year old and he says some of the funniest things–we have no idea where he gets his material since his mother and I are rather boring, serious people.

Nathan: “You think Seba is so innocent but he is actually a jerk when you are not around and then lies to you about it. So that makes him a liar AND a jerk. Me? I’m just a jerk.”

Me: “Well, what does he do that makes him a jerk?”

Nathan: “He’s always whining and being annoying and he cries about everything all the time when you’re not around.”

Me: “Well, that does not sound like a jerk, it sounds more like a baby.”

Seba: “Ha! Yeah Nathan, you just got played!”

About the drunken cyclist

I have been an occasional cycling tour guide in Europe for the past 20 years, visiting most of the wine regions of France. Through this "job" I developed a love for wine and the stories that often accompany the pulling of a cork. I live in Houston with my lovely wife and two wonderful sons.
