Ciao from Brindisi! I am well down in the heel of the boot of Italy today for the last day of what has been a whirlwind type of trip: two days in Sicily (including one on Pantelleria) with Donnafugata, two days in Conegliano Valdobbiadene with Masottina, and now two days in Puglia with Tenute Rubino. A visit to the winery and vineyards with lunch before dinner on a catamaran. Yes, life continues to give me lemons. Before I start the day, I have a reminder for you:
- I am going to return to my former summer “job” as I will be leading a couple of bike trips in France again this summer. The two trips: The Brittany Coast (July 29-August 4) and Northern Burgundy (August 5-11). I have arranged for a 10% discount for any of my readers who might want to come along. The riding is not difficult and I firmly believe there is no better way to see France. Send me an email (jeff (at) thedrunkencyclist (dot) com) if you would like more details.

With sunsets like this, you should want to visit Burgundy, too.
Have a Safe Saturday!
