I am a little more than halfway through with my own tour of France, having about a dozen days before I return to Houston. Today is my last day of riding along the coast of Brittany as I am headed for the Mont-Saint-Michel, which is technically in Normandy.
As I do when I am on the road, I repost some of my favorite Sundays Are For Sebastian. This one comes from almost five years ago, just after Seba turned five (his tenth birthday is at the end of the month).
A couple of months ago, I started a new weekly theme: Sundays Are For Sebastian. Sebastian is my four five year old (he turned five on Monday) and he says some of the funniest things–we have no idea where he gets his material since his mother and I are rather boring, serious people.
Out to dinner.
My wife to Sebastian: ‘What do you want for dessert?’
Seba: ‘I want a lollipop that I got in camp today. ‘
My wife ordered a brownie sundae.
She gave Sebastian a bite.
[Pause.]
Seba: ‘I want that. You get the lollipop.’
