I am essentially finished with my three-week tour of Northern France, as I board a train from Dijon back to Paris, where I will be for a few more days before returning to Houston later in the week.
As I do when I am on the road, I repost some of my favorite Sundays Are For Sebastian. This one comes from almost five years ago, just after Seba turned five (his tenth birthday is at the end of the month).
Sebastian is my five-year old and he says some of the funniest things–we have no idea where he gets his material since his mother and I are rather boring, serious people.
This edition comes from almost two years ago when Sebastian was still taking naps:
On Sunday, I found Sebastian in the kitchen eating his snack after waking up from his nap.
As is my wont, I asked him if he had a good sleep.
He simply said “Snack.”
Simultaneously, he raised his left arm, palm facing me, thus giving me the ‘hand.’
