Sundays Are For Sebastian Revisited (#244)

This week, I decided to repost a Sundays Are For Sebastian from last year…

Sebastian is my ten-year-old and he says some of the funniest things–we have no idea where he gets his material since his mother and I are rather boring, serious people.

This just happened a couple of days ago….

Sebastian: “Are we going to do Easter this year?”

Me (knowing full well what he actually meant): “You mean go to church? Sure, we could do that.”

Sebastian: “Um, no, I meant the other stuff.”

Me (deciding to carry it a little further): “What other stuff?”

Sebastian: “You know when you look for stuff.”

Me: “What kind of stuff?”

Sebastian: “Nevermind, I’ll go ask mommy.”

Happy Easter to all who celebrate!

About the drunken cyclist

I have been an occasional cycling tour guide in Europe for the past 20 years, visiting most of the wine regions of France. Through this "job" I developed a love for wine and the stories that often accompany the pulling of a cork. I live in Houston with my lovely wife and two wonderful sons.
