Sundays Are For Sebastian Revisited (#250)

This weekend I am back in Philly for the first time since we moved over six years ago. As I normally do while on the road, I revisit a Sundays are for Sebastian. This one comes from four years ago when Seba was ten.

Sebastian is my ten-year-old and he says some of the funniest things–we have no idea where he gets his material since his mother and I are rather boring, serious people.

Nathan: “Let’s play some AC/DC on Alexa.”

Me: “Please no, it’s soooo overplayed.”

Nathan: “Fine, I’ll just play it on my headphones and sing out loud.”

Me: “Ugh!”

Sebastian: “You don’t even know the words. You’re just going to walk around saying ‘watermelon’ over and over again.”

About the drunken cyclist

I have been an occasional cycling tour guide in Europe for the past 20 years, visiting most of the wine regions of France. Through this "job" I developed a love for wine and the stories that often accompany the pulling of a cork. I live in Houston with my lovely wife and two wonderful sons.
