After a long day of returning gifts and shopping at Costco, I decided to surprise my wife with some oysters and a Kir Royale. I just landed some new crème de cassis which is outstanding. Here’s hoping for a great week!

After a failed attempt to harvest and grill our own oysters in Washington last summer, I think I’ll leave their consumption to others. But looks lovely, and is definitely a nice thing to do for your wife. (golf claps) Cheers.
