Just a quick update to let you all know that I created a new blog for the Monthly Wine Writing Challenge at MWWCBlog.WordPress.com

I tried to get the simpler MWWC.WordPress.com but a bunch of bozos got the url a few years ago and posted a total of three rather lame posts.

Oh well.

I have spent the last couple of days reblogging and posting all of the previous entries and have included all participants in the blogroll. If you get a chance, check it out. It is very bare bones at this point so feel free to offer suggestions.

And be sure to write for this month’s challenge: Mystery!wine-stain1-3

About the drunken cyclist

I have been an occasional cycling tour guide in Europe for the past 20 years, visiting most of the wine regions of France. Through this "job" I developed a love for wine and the stories that often accompany the pulling of a cork. I live in Houston with my lovely wife and two wonderful sons.

    OMG, you totally made me look. At the other blog. I have to admit that’s it’s pretty lame when someone leaves as their first post … “Hello World! Welcome to WordPress.com. This is your first post. Edit or delete it and start blogging!” And while it might have been fun if it was being used by the Mendocino Winegrape and Wine Commission, it clearly has nothing to do with vino.
