My Trip to Santa Rosa and Dry Creek Valley–A Few Photos

These past three days I have been visiting Santa Rosa and the Dry Creek Valley as a guest of Visit Santa Rosa and the Winegrowers of Dry Creek Valley. There are going to be a host of posts that follow, but I thought I would share a few photos….

About the drunken cyclist

I have been an occasional cycling tour guide in Europe for the past 20 years, visiting most of the wine regions of France. Through this "job" I developed a love for wine and the stories that often accompany the pulling of a cork. I live in Houston with my lovely wife and two wonderful sons.

  4. I will be listening to you on Wine Radio this Saturday! Just put up a post about the winter damage here in Western Pa and the Finger Lakes and it’s not good. When you get home let me know how the Eastern Pa vineyards made it through the winter. Thanks

I really liked Santa Rosa as a home-base for our wine country adventures last summer. I’m enjoying your photos. I hope there’s another In-n-Out burger coming up.

  7. The carbon belt-drive Bike Friday is a smooth ride — like the Russian River Vineyards wine we had for lunch. Thanks for riding!
