Sundays Are For Sebastian—#55

Sebastian is my five-year old and he says some of the funniest things–we have no idea where he gets his material since his mother and I are rather boring, serious people.

Sebastian was walking around singing “Ho, Hey” by the Lumineers.

The lyrics of the song:

“I belong with you, you belong with me, you’re my sweetheart.”

Sebastian’s lyrics:

“I belong with you, you belong with me, you’re my street ho.”photo(9)

About the drunken cyclist

I have been an occasional cycling tour guide in Europe for the past 20 years, visiting most of the wine regions of France. Through this "job" I developed a love for wine and the stories that often accompany the pulling of a cork. I live in Philadelphia with my lovely wife and two wonderful sons.

That’s pretty awesome- my kids thought it was “sweet ho”- better a sweet ho than a street ho, no?

  5. Now I was a big fan of the original. A big fan… But I think your boy may have just made it better man.

  6. LOL, absolutely priceless. I love this song and actually thought it was “…you belong with me in my sweet home!” I’m glad Sebastian shed some light. 😉
