Monthly Wine Writing Challenge #11–The Results

The results are inAs you may (or may not) recall, last month’s vote was not very close at all. Well, just the opposite was the case this time around–in one of the closest votes that I have witnessed thus far for the Challenge, this month’s winner is a repeat winner.

And-the-Winner-IsThe Armchair Sommelier: MWWC #11: Walking a Mile with a Bottle of Wine *

As the winner of this month’s challenge, she has the “honor” of choosing the topic for next month’s Challenge.

That is all for now–I am off to Dry Creek Valley in a couple of days, which will no doubt result in a few stories to tell….

I have been an occasional cycling tour guide in Europe for the past 20 years, visiting most of the wine regions of France. Through this "job" I developed a love for wine and the stories that often accompany the pulling of a cork. I live in Houston with my lovely wife and two wonderful sons.
