Happy Friday Everybody!

I am sitting in lovely Lisbon, wishing you were all here, but you’re not. So instead, I thought I would publish another sabering video. Enjoy. I think.

I have been an occasional cycling tour guide in Europe for the past 20 years, visiting most of the wine regions of France. Through this "job" I developed a love for wine and the stories that often accompany the pulling of a cork. I live in Houston with my lovely wife and two wonderful sons.

    you should’ve seen cringe on my face as I was watching it as that other bottle had razor sharp edge, so I was really afraid of what could’ve happened – but you pulled it off! Cool!
